Empowering Youth Through Talent, Creativity, and Leadership
Young people are powerful agents of change when given the right opportunities. Our Youth & Talent Development Program is designed to identify, nurture, and promote the talents, creativity, and leadership potential of youth within refugee and host communities.
Many young people face challenges such as limited access to opportunities, unemployment, and lack of platforms to express their abilities. Through structured programs in arts, sports, culture, and innovation, Alight of Africa creates safe and inclusive spaces where youth can develop skills, build confidence, and positively contribute to their communities.
What We Do
1. Arts, Music & Cultural Activities
We promote creative expression through music, dance, drama, and cultural activities that strengthen identity, confidence, and social cohesion.
2. Sports & Recreation Programs
We engage youth in sports and recreational activities that promote teamwork, discipline, physical well-being, and positive social interaction.

We encourage youth to explore innovation, problem-solving, and creativity through practical projects, digital skills, and community challenges.
4. Youth Leadership Development
